Main duties and responsibilities of the Directorate

Implementing recruitment and selection processes through merit; making sure of the implementation of organizational duties, right and working discipline.

Conducting training based on plan and need assessments; coordinating and delivering short term and long term trainings to human resource capacity building.

Preparing modern human resource information systems and delivering customer centered services to the customers.
