Main duties and responsibilities of the Directorate
Design and implement supply chain and logistics management System
Focuses on the development and implementation of preparing standards for materials and supplies procured by the center
It also focus on ratifying directives and procedures, and adopting tolls for quantification and procurement of essential medicines , supplies and equipment.
- Asses Organization Need and supplier Response.
- Procurement Plan
- Alignment with the Budget, Initiative, Approval and Implementation.
- Update the ware house (Inventory)
- Establish computerized system
